تفتیشی افسروں نے مزید کہا کہ بانی پی ٹی آئی کے جسمانی ریمانڈ کے دوران یہ فرانزک ٹیسٹ نہیں ہو سکے، فاضل جج نے کہا کہ میں ان درخواستوں پر سماعت کر سکتا ہوں نہ فیصلہ دے سکتا ہوں، عمران خان کا جسمانی ریمانڈ ہائیکورٹ نے کالعدم قرار دے دیا تھا۔
فاضل جج نے مزید کہا کہ آپ کو مشورہ ہے آپ سپریم کورٹ چلے جائیں یا آپ ایڈمن جج کی تعطیلات ختم ہونے کا انتظار کریں، میں ڈیوٹی جج ہوں، ان درخواستوں کو نہیں سن سکتا ہے، ہائیکورٹ کے فیصلے کے بعد یہ معاملہ میری نظر میں قابل سماعت نہیں رہا۔
