On the request of Imran Khan, the Adiala Jail authorities were summoned in a personal capacity

اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ نے بانی پی ٹی آئی اور سابق وزیراعظم عمران خان کی درخواست پر اڈیالہ جیل حکام کو ذاتی حیثیت میں طلب کر لیا۔
اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کے چیف جسٹس عامر فاروق نے عمران خان کی اخبار، ٹی وی کی سہولت بحالی، بیٹوں سے ٹیلیفونک گفتگو اور ذاتی معالج سے چیک اپ کے لئے دائر کردہ درخواست پر سماعت کی۔
بانی پی ٹی آئی کے وکیل فیصل فرید چودھری عدالت میں پیش ہوئے اور مؤقف اپنایا کہ متفرق درخواست فائل کی ہے، ہفتہ وار بیٹوں سے بات کرائی جائے، اخبارات فراہم کئے جائیں اور ذاتی معالج کی اجازت دی جائے۔
انہوں نے استدلال کیا کہ ٹرائل کورٹ نے ذاتی معالج سے متعلق کچھ نہیں لکھا، 10 جنوری 2025 کا آرڈر چیلنج کیا ہے۔
سماعت کے دوران عدالت نے فریقین کو جواب کیلئے نوٹس جاری کر دیئے، عدالت نے ہدایت کی کہ جیل نمائندہ آئندہ سماعت پر ذاتی حیثیت میں پیش ہو، اس کے ساتھ عدالت نے سماعت 23 جنوری تک ملتوی کر دی۔

The Islamabad High Court summoned the Adiala Jail authorities in a personal capacity on the request of PTI founder and former Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Amir Farooq heard the petition filed for Imran Khan’s newspaper, TV facility restoration, telephonic conversation with his sons and check-up with his personal physician.
Founder PTI lawyer Faisal Fareed Chaudhary appeared in the court and took the stand that the miscellaneous application should be filed, to talk to the sons weekly, to be provided with newspapers and to be allowed a personal physician.
He contended that the trial court had not written anything regarding the personal physician, challenging the order dated 10th January, 2025.
During the hearing, the court issued notices to the parties for their response, the court directed that the jail representative appear in person at the next hearing, and the court adjourned the hearing till January 23.
