Imran Khan’s letter to Army Chief, requesting change in policies

بانی پاکستان تحریک انصاف (پی ٹی آئی) اور سابق وزیراعظم عمران خان نے آرمی چیف جنرل عاصم منیر کو خط لکھ دیا۔
اڈیالہ جیل کے باہر میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے بانی پی ٹی آئی کے وکیل فیصل چوہدری نے کہا کہ بانی پی ٹی آئی نے آرمی چیف کو 6 نکات پر مشتمل خط بھیجا ہے، بانی نے بطور سابق وزیر اعظم اور پارٹی سربراہ خط لکھا ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ بانی پی ٹی آئی نے خط میں آرمی چیف سے پالیسیاں تبدیل کرنے کی درخواست کی، بانی پی ٹی آئی نے خط میں جوڈیشل کمیشن بنانے کی بھی بات کی۔
فیصل چوہدری نے کہا کہ بانی پی ٹی آئی نے خط میں دہشتگردی کے خلاف جنگ میں فوج سے اظہار یکجہتی کیا، خط میں کہا کہ فوج روزانہ قربانیاں دے رہی ہے، ضرورت ہے پوری قوم فوج کے ساتھ کھڑی رہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ بانی پی ٹی آئی کے خط میں پہلا نقطہ فراڈ الیکشن اور منی لانڈررز کو جتوانے سے متعلق ہے، دوسرا نقطہ 26ویں آئینی ترمیم، قانون کی حکمرانی اور عدلیہ متاثر ہونے پر ہے، خط میں بانی پی ٹی آئی نے القادر ٹرسٹ کیس فیصلے کا بھی حوالہ دیا۔بانی پی ٹی آئی نے خط میں کہا کہ پیکا قانون کو کریمنلائز کیا گیا، تنقید کا گلا گھونٹا گیا، سوشل میڈیا پر کریک ڈاؤن کرنے کیلئے پیکا قانون لایا گیا۔
فیصل چوہدری نے کہا کہ بانی پی ٹی آئی کے خط میں چوتھا نقطہ پی ٹی آئی کے خلاف دہشتگردی کے پرچے، چھاپے اور گولیاں چلانے پر ہے، باںی پی ٹی آئی نے لکھا صحافیوں کو دھمکیاں دینے سے سارا نزلہ فوج پر گر رہا ہے، خط میں پانچواں نقطہ انٹیلی جنس اداروں کے کام سے متعلق ہے۔
بانی پی ٹی آئی نے خط میں لکھا ملکی معیشت گھٹنوں پر ہے، حکومت نے روپے کی قدر روک کر معیشت کو متاثر کیا ہے، خط میں سرمایہ کاری سب سے کم ہونے اور انٹرنیٹ بند ہونے کا بھی لکھا گیا۔

Founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and former Prime Minister Imran Khan has written a letter to Army Chief General Asim Munir.
Talking to the media outside Adiala Jail, founder PTI’s lawyer Faisal Chaudhry said that founder PTI has sent a letter containing 6 points to the Army Chief. The founder has written the letter as a former Prime Minister and party chief.
He said that founder PTI requested the Army Chief to change policies in the letter. Founder PTI also talked about forming a judicial commission in the letter.
Faisal Chaudhry said that founder PTI expressed solidarity with the army in the war against terrorism in the letter. He said in the letter that the army is making sacrifices every day, there is a need for the entire nation to stand with the army.
He said that the first point in the letter of the founder PTI is related to the fraudulent elections and the winning of money launderers, the second point is on the 26th Constitutional Amendment, the rule of law and the judiciary being affected, in the letter the founder PTI also referred to the Al-Qadir Trust case decision. The founder PTI said in the letter that the PECA law was criminalized, criticism was stifled, the PECA law was brought to crack down on social media.
Faisal Chaudhry said that the fourth point in the letter of the founder PTI is on the terrorist leaflets, raids and firing against the PTI, the left PTI wrote that the entire blame is falling on the army for threatening journalists, the fifth point in the letter is related to the work of intelligence agencies.
The founder PTI wrote in the letter that the country’s economy is on its knees, the government has affected the economy by stopping the value of the rupee, the letter also wrote about the lowest investment and the shutdown of the internet.
