By-election, polling over, counting begins

لاہور:ملک میں قومی و صوبائی اسمبلی کے 21 حلقوں میں ضمنی الیکشن کے لیے پولنگ کا وقت ختم ۔قومی اسمبلی کی 5 اور صوبائی اسمبلی کی 16 نشستوں پر پولنگ صبح 8 بجے شروع ہوئی جو شام 5 بجے تک بغیر کسی وقفے کے جاری رہی۔پی ٹی اے کی جانب سے جاری اعلامیے کے مطابق وزارت داخلہ ،حکومت پاکستان کی ہدایات کی روشنی میں ضمنی انتخابات کے دوران پنجاب اور بلوچستان کے چند اضلاع میں موبائل فون سروس عارضی طور پر معطل رہی۔اعلامیے میں کہا گیا ہے کہ موبائل فون سروس بند کرنے کا فیصلہ انتخابی عمل کو بلا تعطل اور شفاف انداز میں پایہ تکمیل تک پہنچانے کے لیے کیا گیا۔

Lahore: Polling time for by-elections in 21 constituencies of National and Provincial Assembly in the country has ended. Polling for 5 seats of National Assembly and 16 seats of Provincial Assembly started at 8 am which continued till 5 pm without any break. According to the announcement issued by the PTA, mobile phone service was temporarily suspended in some districts of Punjab and Balochistan during the by-elections in the light of the instructions of the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan. The decision was taken to complete the election process in an uninterrupted and transparent manner.
