MONAL’s review petition is scheduled for hearing in the Supreme Court

مونال ریسٹورنٹ کی نظرثانی درخواست پر سماعت 5 ستمبر کو ہوگی. چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کی سربراہی میں تین رکنی بنچ 5 ستمبر کو سماعت کرے گا، جسٹس جمال مندوخیل اور جسٹس نعیم اختر افغان بھی بنچ کا حصہ ہوں گے۔لا مونتانا اور سن شائن ہائیٹس کی درخواستیں بھی 5 ستمبر کو سماعت کیلئے مقرر کر دی گئیں۔

The hearing on the review application of Monal Restaurant will be held on September 5. A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faiz Isa will hear on September 5, Justice Jamal Mandukhel and Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan will also be part of the bench. The petitions of La Montana and Sunshine Heights are also scheduled for hearing on September 5.
