Sanam Javed granted bail in terrorism case

اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ نے پاکستان تحریک انصاف کی کارکن صنم جاوید کی دہشتگردی کے مقدمے میں 7 دن کی حفاظتی ضمانت منظور کرلی۔
اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کے جسٹس میاں گل حسن اورنگزیب نے اس حوالے سے دائر درخواست پر سماعت کی اور صنم جاوید کو 7 دنوں میں متعلقہ عدالت سے رجوع کرنے کی ہدایت کی۔
اس حوالے سے درخواست میں کہا گیا تھا کہ مقدمے میں بلا جواز گھسیٹا جارہا ہے، ایف آئی آر میں نامزد ملزمہ نہیں ہوں، پٹیشنر پر الزام نہیں کہ وہ غیر قانونی طور پر اکٹھے اجتماع کا حصہ تھی۔
درخواست میں استدعا کی گئی تھی کہ ضلع میانوالی کے تھانہ موسیٰ خیل میں درج مقدمے میں حفاظتی ضمانت دی جائے تاکہ متعلقہ عدالت سے رجوع کیا جاسکے۔

The Islamabad High Court granted 7-day protective bail to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf activist Sanam Javed in the terrorism case.
Islamabad High Court Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb heard the petition filed in this regard and directed Sanam Javed to approach the concerned court within 7 days.
In this regard, it was said in the petition that the case is being dragged on unjustifiably, there is no named accused in the FIR, the petitioner is not accused of being a part of an unlawful assembly.
In the petition, it was requested that protective bail be given in the case registered in Musakhel police station of Mianwali district so that the concerned court can be approached.
