Judgment reserved on PTI founder’s acquittal plea

ڈسٹرکٹ اینڈ سیشن کورٹ اسلام آباد نے 9 مئی کے مقدمہ میں بانی پی ٹی آئی کی بریت کی درخواست پر فیصلہ محفوظ کر لیا۔
جوڈیشل مجسٹریٹ عمر شبیر نے بانی پی ٹی آئی کیخلاف تھانہ شہزاد ٹاؤن اسلام آباد میں درج مقدمے میں بریت کی درخواست پر سماعت کی، بانی پی ٹی آئی کی طرف سے وکیل نعیم حیدر پنجوتھہ، سردار مصروف اور آمنہ علی عدالت میں پیش ہوئے۔
وکیل بانی پی ٹی آئی نے کہا کہ بانی پی ٹی آئی کی حد تک 109 کا الزام ہے، ان کیخلاف مقدمہ مجاز آفیسرز نے درج نہیں کروایا، تمام مقدمات سیاسی بنیادوں پر قائم کئے گئے ہیں، بانی پی ٹی آئی کو مقدمے سے بری کیا جائے۔ دلائل مکمل ہونے پر عدالت نے بانی پی ٹی آئی کی بریت کی درخواست پر فیصلہ محفوظ کر لیا۔

Judicial Magistrate Umar Shabbir heard the plea of acquittal in the case registered against Bani PTI in police station Shahzad Town Islamabad, lawyer Naeem Haider Panjutha, Sardar Ghagzi and Amna Ali appeared in the court on behalf of Bani PTI.
