Order of physical remand of Iman Mazari and her husband suspended

ایڈووکیٹ ایمان مزاری اور ان کے شوہر ہادی علی کی 3 روزہ جسمانی ریمانڈ کے خلاف اپیل پر اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کے چیف جسٹس عامر فاروق اور جسٹس ثمن رفعت امتیاز نے سماعت کی۔
دوران سماعت وکیل قیصر امام نے کہا کہ درخواست گزاروں کا 3 روزہ جسمانی ریمانڈ دیا گیا ہے، عدالتی ہدایت پر وکیل قیصر امام نے ریمانڈ آرڈر پڑھا۔ بعدازاں عدالت نے ایمان مزاری اور ان کے شوہر ہادی علی کے جسمانی ریمانڈ کا آرڈر معطل کرتے ہوئے پولیس کو نوٹس جاری کر دیا اور کیس کی مزید سماعت کل تک ملتوی کر دی۔

Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Taman Rifat Imtiaz heard the appeal against the 3-day physical remand of advocate Iman Mazari and her husband Hadi Ali.
During the hearing, lawyer Qaiser Imam said that 3-day physical remand of the petitioners has been given, on the court’s instructions, Qaiser Imam read the remand order. Later, the court suspended the order of physical remand of Iman Mazari and her husband Hadi Ali, issued a notice to the police and adjourned further hearing of the case till tomorrow.
