لاہور:ایس ایس پی انویسٹی گیشن ڈاکٹر انوش مسعود کی زیر صدارت انویسٹی گیشن ہیڈکوارٹرز میں تبدیلی تفتیش بورڈ کا انعقاد۔اجلاس میں تبدیلی تفتیش فرسٹ بورڈ میں ڈویژنل ایس پیز نے بھی شرکت کی۔تبدیلی تفتیش بورڈ میں قتل، زیادتی، ڈکیتی، چوری، چیک ڈس آنر اور دھوکہ دہی کے 24 مقدمات زیر بحث آئے۔بورڈ میں تفتیشی افسران اور فریقین نے اپنے اپنے موقف سے افسران کو آگاہ کیا۔مدعی رشید احمد قتل، محمد محفوظ زیادتی، فرخ سعید چیک ڈس آنر کے مقدمات کی تفتیش تبدیلی کے لیے پیش ہوئے۔مدعی فدا محمد، ادریس اور محمد قاسم دھوکہ دہی، محمد یاسر زمین پر قبضہ، نیاز صدیق، محمد عثمان چوری کے مقدمات کی تفتیش تبدیلی کے لیے پیش ہوئے۔بورڈ میں افسران نے دونوں فریقین کو سننے کے بعد تبدیلی تفتیش سے متعلق موقع پر احکامات جاری کیے۔ ایس ایس پی انویسٹی گیشن ڈاکٹر انوش مسعود چودھری نے کہا کہ فرائض کی انجام دہی میں کوتاہی کسی صورت برداشت نہیں کی جائے گی،متاثرہ خواتین کے مقدمات کو ترجیحی بنیادوں پر یکسو کیا جا رہا ہے،تفتیش میرٹ پر نہ کرنے والے افسران کے لیے سزا کا مربوط نظام موجود ہے ،متاثرہ شہریوں کو فوری انصاف مہیا کرنا میری اولین ترجیحات میں شامل ہے۔
Lahore: SSP Investigation Dr. Anush Masood presided over the change investigation board at the investigation headquarters. Divisional SPs also participated in the meeting. 24 cases of check dishonor and fraud were discussed. The investigation officers and the parties in the board informed the officers of their respective positions. Plaintiff Rasheed Ahmed murder, Muhammad Mahfouz rape, Farrukh Saeed check dishonor cases for investigation change. Appeared. Plaintiff Fida Muhammad, Idris and Muhammad Qasim fraud, Muhammad Yasir land grab, Niaz Siddique, Muhammad Usman theft cases appeared for change of investigation. After listening to both sides, the officers in the board related to the change of investigation. Orders were issued on the spot. SSP Investigation Dr. Anush Masood Chaudhary said that negligence in the performance of duties will not be tolerated under any circumstances, the cases of affected women are being sorted out on priority basis, punishment for officers who do not investigate on merit. A coordinated system is in place, providing speedy justice to the affected citizens is one of my top priorities.
