Notice to PTA on petition against slow internet speed

درخواست میں انٹرنیٹ کی رفتار سست کرنے کے اقدام کو چیلنج کیا گیا۔
درخواست گزار کی جانب سے مؤقف اختیار کیا گیا کہ ملک میں انٹرنیٹ کی رفتار انتہائی سست ہے، اس کی وجہ سے شہری پریشان ہیں، انٹرنیٹ کی رفتار کو تیز کرنے کا حکم دیا جائے۔
درخواست میں استدعا کی گئی ہے کہ انٹرنیٹ کی رفتار کو تیز کرنے کا حکم دیا جائے، سست رفتاری کی وجہ سے ملک میں انٹرنیٹ سروس کا عالمی سطح پر 198 نمبر ہے۔
لاہور ہائی کورٹ نے انٹرنیٹ کی سست رفتاری کے خلاف درخواست پر پی ٹی اے اور دیگر متعلقہ حکام کو نوٹس جاری کرتے ہوئے جواب طلب کر لیا اور سماعت ملتوی کر دی۔

In the Lahore High Court, a hearing was held on the petition against the slow speed of the Internet. Justice Iqbal Chaudhary heard the petition of the Judicial Activism Panel.
The petition challenged the move to slow down internet speed.
It was argued by the petitioner that the internet speed in the country is very slow, due to which the citizens are worried, an order should be given to speed up the internet speed.
The petition has sought an order to speed up the internet speed, due to slow internet service in the country which ranks 198 globally.
The Lahore High Court issued a notice to the PTA and other concerned authorities on the petition against the slow internet speed and sought their response and adjourned the hearing.
