Second ODI: Pakistan beat South Africa by 81 runs

پاکستان نے جنوبی افریقہ کو دوسرے ون ڈے انٹرنیشنل میں 81 رنز سے شکست دے کر 3 میچز کی سیریز میں دو صفر کی ناقابل شکست برتری حاصل کرلی۔
کیپ ٹاؤن میں کھیلے گئے دوسرے ون ڈے میں 330 رنز کے ہدف کے تعاقب میں جنوبی افریقہ کی پوری ٹیم 43.1 اوورز میں 248 رنز بنا کر آؤٹ ہوگئی۔
جنوبی افریقہ کی جانب سے آخری آؤٹ ہونے والے کھلاڑی کلاسن تھے جنہوں نے 97 رنز کی اننگز کھیلی تاہم وہ ٹیم کو جیت سے ہمکنار نہ کرسکے۔
پاکستان کی جانب سے شاہین شاہ آفریدی سب سے کامیاب بولر رہے، انہوں نے 47 رنز دے کر 4 کھلاڑیوں کو پویلین کی راہ دکھائی جبکہ نسیم شاہ نے 3، ابرار احمد نے 2 اور سلمان آغا نے ایک وکٹ حاصل کی۔
میچ میں پاکستان کی جانب سے 32 بالز پر برق رفتار 63 رنز بنانے والے کامران غلام کو مین آف دی میچ کا ایوارڈ دیا گیا۔
قومی ٹیم نے تیسری مرتبہ جنوبی افریقہ میں ون ڈے سیریز اپنے نام کی ہے۔
پاکستان اکیسویں صدی میں جنوبی افریقہ میں تین مرتبہ ون ڈے سیریز جیتنے والی پہلی ٹیم بن گئی، پاکستان نے 2013، 2021 اور 2024 میں جنوبی افریقہ میں ون ڈے سیریز جیتیں۔
اس سے قبل کیپ ٹاؤن میں کھیلے گئے میچ میں جنوبی افریقہ نے ٹاس جیت کر پہلے بولنگ کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا۔
پہلے میچ کی طرح اس مرتبہ پھر قومی ٹیم کی اننگز کا آغاز اچھا نہ ہوا اور اوپنر عبداللّٰہ شفیق بغیر کوئی رن بنائے پویلین لوٹ گئے۔
دوسری وکٹ پر بابر اعظم اور گزشتہ میچ کے ہیرو اور سنچورین صائم ایوب نے 48 رنز جوڑے۔ صائم اس میچ میں بڑا شاٹ لگانے کی کوشش میں کیچ آؤٹ ہوئے۔ انہوں نے 25 رنز بنائے۔
تیسری وکٹ پر بابر اعظم اور محمد رضوان نے ٹیم کا اسکور آگے بڑھایا دونوں کے درمیان 115 رنز کی پارٹنرشپ بنی اور ٹیم کا ٹوٹل 168 تک پہنچایا۔

سلمان علی آغا اور کامران غلام کے درمیان برق رفتار 50 رنز کی شراکت بنی۔ تاہم 242 کے مجموعے پر سلمان علی آغا 30 گیندوں پر 33 رنز کی اننگز کھیل کر آؤٹ ہوئے۔

قومی ٹیم نے جنوبی افریقہ کا 240 رنز کا ہدف 7 وکٹوں کے نقصان پر آخری اوور میں حاصل کیا۔ صائم ایوب نے شاندار سنچری بنائی تھی جبکہ مین آف دا میچ سلما علی آغا 82 رنز بنا کر ناقابلِ شکست رہے تھے۔

Shaheen Shah Afridi was the most successful bowler for Pakistan, he gave 47 runs and guided 4 players to the pavilion while Naseem Shah took 3 wickets, Abrar Ahmed 2 and Salman Agha took 1 wicket.
In the match, Kamran Ghulam, who scored 63 runs off 32 balls from Pakistan, was awarded the man of the match award.
The national team has won the ODI series in South Africa for the third time.
Pakistan became the first team in the 21st century to win the ODI series in South Africa three times, Pakistan won the ODI series in South Africa in 2013, 2021 and 2024.
Earlier in the match played in Cape Town, South Africa won the toss and decided to bowl first.

Salman Ali Agha and Kamran Ghulam formed a lightning partnership of 50 runs. However, on a total of 242, Salman Ali Agha got out after playing an innings of 33 runs off 30 balls.
