Special courts have been established across the country for the protection of lawyers, notification has been issued

وزارت قانون و انصاف نے اسلام آباد سمیت چاروں صوبوں میں خصوصی عدالتوں کے قیام کا نوٹیفکیشن جاری کردیا۔
نوٹیفکیشن میں کہا گیا ہے کہ خصوصی عدالتیں لائرز ویلفیئر اینڈ پروٹیکشن ایکٹ 2023 کے تحت قائم کی گئی ہیں، یہ اقدام ملک کی تمام ہائیکورٹس کے چیف جسٹس صاحبان کی مشاورت سے عمل میں لایا گیا ہے۔
وزارت قانون کی جانب سے جاری نوٹیفکیشن میں مزید کہا گیا ہے کہ اسلام آباد اور چاروں صوبوں میں سیشن اور ایڈیشنل سیشن ججز کو عدالتی اختیار تفویض کیا جاتا ہے۔

The Ministry of Law and Justice issued a notification for the establishment of special courts in four provinces including Islamabad.
The notification states that the special courts have been established under the Lawyers Welfare and Protection Act 2023, this initiative has been implemented in consultation with the Chief Justices of all High Courts of the country.
In the notification issued by the Ministry of Law, it has been further stated that judicial powers are assigned to Sessions and Additional Sessions Judges in Islamabad and the four provinces.
