Inauguration of Maryam Nawaz’s “Apni Chhat Apna Ghar” project

منصوبے کی افتتاحی تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز نے کہا کہ آج پنجاب کے عوام کو خوشخبری دینا چاہتی ہوں، آج وہ سکیم لانچ کرنے جارہی ہوں جس کا مجھے اور میاں نوازشریف سمیت پنجاب کے عوام کو بھی بہت انتظار تھا۔وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز نے کہا ہے کہ پنجاب کی ترقی دیکھ کر لوگوں کی دوڑیں لگی ہوئی ہیں، پنجاب ہر چیز میں لیڈ لے رہا ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ اپنا گھر اپنی چھت نہ ہوتو انسان کو وہ کمی محسوس ہوتی ہےجس کا لفظوں میں بیان مشکل ہے، مجھ سے پوچھا جاتا تھا آپ اس سکیم کو کب لارہےہیں؟۔ اپنے گھر سے بڑی کوئی نعمت نہیں ہوتی، ہم لوگوں کو جلدی جلدی گھر بناکر بھی دیں گے۔
مریم نواز نے کہا کہ سیکرٹری ہاؤسنگ اور متعلقہ حکام نے اس منصوبے پر بہت محنت سےکام کیا، شہری علاقوں میں 1سے 5مرلے تک زمین ہےتو حکومت آپ کو پیسے دے گی، حکومت پنجاب آپ کو 15لاکھ دے گی جس کو 7سال کی آسان اقساط میں دینا ہے، اس کی ماہانہ قسط 14ہزار روپے ہے ۔
وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب نے کہا کہ احساس ہے کم آمدنی والے افراد کو مشکلات کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے، ہم نے بجلی بلوں میں بھی 45سے50ارب روپے کا ریلیف دیں گے، ہم تاریخ کا سب سے بڑا سولر پروگرام بھی لارہے ہیں۔
مریم نواز کاکہنا تھا کہ جن کے پاس زمین کا ٹکڑا ہے اور اپنی چھت نہیں تو دھیان سے سن لیں، دیہاتی علاقے میں 1سے10مرلے تک زمین ہے تو آپ کو قرضہ دیا جائے گا، ہمارے اس قرضے پر زیرو سود اور انٹرسٹ ہے، حکومت سروس چارجز بھی خود ادا کرے گی کوئی چارجز،انٹرسٹ اور سود ادا نہیں کرنا پڑیں گے ۔
وزیراعلیٰ نے کہاکہ میں نے اس سکیم میں بینک کو نہیں ڈالا،کیونکہ ان کے اپنے لوازمات آجاتے ہیں، ہم نے اپلائی کرنے کا پراسیس بھی آسان کردیا ہے، پنجاب کے تمام شہروں میں یہ پروگرام ایک ساتھ شروع کرنے جارہی ہوں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ آپ کے پاس زمین کا ٹکڑا ہے تو معلومات متعلقہ ڈی سی آفس سے لے سکتے ہیں، آپ پھاٹا سے بھی معلومات لے سکتے ہیں، میں زمین کا ٹکڑا بھی دیکھ آئی ہوں،جس پر جلد کنسٹرکشن شروع کریں گے، آپ کو زمین کیلئے قرضہ چاہیے تو وہ بھی ہم دیں گے۔
مریم نواز کاکہنا تھا کہ خواب ،خواہش اور ارادہ ہے اس سکیم کو آئندہ 5سال میں پورے پنجاب تک لے کر جائیں گے، اپنا گھر اپنی چھت ہم پانچ چھ بڑے اضلاع میں شروع کرنے جارہے ہیں، پہلے تین ماہ قسط ادا نہیں کرنی ، اللہ کے فضل سے ہر چیز میں پنجاب سبقت حاصل کررہا ہے، پنجاب کو دیکھ کر لوگوں کی دوڑیں لگی ہوئی ہیں۔
ان کامزید کہناتھا کہ میں روزانہ کی بنیاد پر ہر سکیم کو فالو اپ لیتی ہوں، نہ میں خود آرام سے بیٹھتی ہوں نہ اپنی ٹیم کو بیٹھنے دیتی ہوں، آپ دیکھیں گے آئندہ دنوں میں گزشتہ 6ماہ کی محنت رنگ لائے گی، اللہ ہمیں اس نیک مقصد میں کامیاب کرے، اللہ پنجاب کے عوام کیلئے مجھے خوشی کا باعث بنائے۔

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the project, Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz said that today I want to give good news to the people of Punjab. Maryam Nawaz has said that seeing the development of Punjab, people are running, Punjab is taking the lead in everything.
He said that if one’s house does not have its own roof, a person feels the lack which is difficult to describe in words. I was asked when are you bringing this scheme. There is no greater blessing than our own house, we will build houses for people as soon as possible.
Maryam Nawaz said that the Secretary Housing and related authorities worked very hard on this project, if you have land from 1 to 5 marla in urban areas, then the government will give you money, the Punjab government will give you 15 lakhs which has to be paid in easy installments of 7 years. Its monthly installment is 14 thousand rupees.
The Chief Minister of Punjab said that it is realized that people with low income face difficulties, we will also give relief of 45 to 50 billion rupees in electricity bills, we are also launching the biggest solar program in history.
Maryam Nawaz said that if you have a piece of land and not your own roof, then listen carefully, if you have land from 1 to 10 marla in rural areas, you will be given a loan, there is zero interest and zero interest on this loan, government service charges. It will also pay itself, no charges, interest and interest will have to be paid.
The Chief Minister said that I have not included the bank in this scheme, because they come with their own accessories, we have also simplified the process of applying, I am going to start this program simultaneously in all the cities of Punjab.
He said that if you have a piece of land, then you can get information from the concerned DC office, you can also get information from Phata, I have also seen a piece of land, on which construction will be started soon. If you need a loan for the land, we will give that too.
Maryam Nawaz said that it is our dream, desire and intention to take this scheme to the whole of Punjab in the next 5 years. By grace, Punjab is excelling in everything, people are running to see Punjab.
He also said that I follow up every scheme on a daily basis, I neither sit back nor let my team sit down, you will see that the hard work of the last 6 months will pay off in the coming days. May Allah make me a source of happiness for the people of Punjab.
