More than two hundred thousand cases, judges only 4 thousand: Justice Mansoor Ali Shah

کراچی میں سیمینار سے خطاب میں جسٹس منصور علی شاہ نے کہا کہ دنیا میں 1 لاکھ کیسز پر 90 ججز ہیں جبکہ پاکستان میں ایسا نہیں ہے۔انہوں نے کہا کہ پاکستان میں 24 لاکھ سے زائد مقدمات زیر سماعت ہیں جبکہ ججز کی تعداد 4 ہزار ہے۔
سپریم کورٹ کے جج نے مزید کہا کہ ہمارے پاس نہ آئیں کمپنیاں اے ڈی آر ایکسپرٹ سے مسائل بھی حل کرواسکتی ہیں۔ دنیا بھر میں اے ڈی آر کے ذریعے کمپنیاں مسائل کا حل نکال رہی ہیں، کاروباری لوگوں کو دنیا کی بدلتی ہوئی جدت اپنانا ہوگی۔
جسٹس منصور علی شاہ نے یہ بھی کہا کہ کمپنیاں ایکسپرٹ ثالث رکھیں، اس طرح عدالت آنے کی ضرورت نہیں پڑے گی۔ کاروباری لوگ یہ نہ سوچیں کہ صرف عدالتیں ان کے مسائل حل کریں گی، دنیا کی نامور کمپنیوں میں اے ڈی آر پالیسی آچکی ہے۔

Addressing a seminar in Karachi, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah said that there are 90 judges for 100,000 cases in the world, while this is not the case in Pakistan. .
The Supreme Court judge further said that the companies that do not come to us can also solve the problems with ADR Expert. Companies around the world are solving problems through ADR, business people have to adapt to the changing world of innovation.
Justice Mansoor Ali Shah also said that companies should hire expert arbitrators, thus there will be no need to come to court. Businessmen should not think that only the courts will solve their problems, ADR policy has come in the world’s renowned companies.
