علی محمد خان نے ترمیمی بل پر ترمیم پیش کی جسے کثرت رائے سے مسترد کردیا گیا۔قومی اسمبلی اجلاس میں علی محمد خان نے اظہار خیال کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ کیا پارلیمنٹ کا یہ کام ہے کہ سیاسی مقاصد کیلئے سپریم کورٹ پر حملہ کرے، قانون سازی کر کے آپ مجھے جائز حق سے محروم نہیں کرسکتے۔
علی محمد خان نے کہا کہ مخصوص نشستوں کا حق ہمیں سپریم کورٹ سے مل گیا ہے، ہمیں کیسے ہمارے حق سے محروم کیا جاسکتا ہے، سپریم کورٹ نے کہا کہ پی ٹی آئی سیاسی جماعت تھی ہے اور رہے گی۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ الیکشن کمیشن سے پوچھا کہ کیا 39 ارکان کے لیے پی ٹی آئی حلال اور 41 کیلئے حرام ہے؟ ہم اس ترمیمی بل کو مسترد کرتے ہیں، قانون سازی ضرور کریں لیکن یہ ملک کے مفاد میں ہونی چاہیے، اس قانون سازی کے خلاف عدالت جائیں گے۔
اجلاس میں وفاقی وزیر قانون اعظم نذیر تارڑ بولے کہ یہ قانون سازی آئین کی روح کے عین مطابق ہے غیر آئینی نہیں، علی محمد خان نے کہا کہ یہ قانون سازی ہمارا راستہ روکنے کیلئے ہے، ان کے 41 ارکان نے حلف نامے دیے کہ ان کا تعلق سنی اتحاد کونسل سے ہے۔
اعظم نذیر تارڑ نے کہا کہ آپ کے وکیل نے کہا مخصوص نشستیں سنی اتحاد کونسل کیلئے مانگ رہے ہیں، جس جماعت نے الیکشن میں حصہ نہیں لیا اسے مخصوص نشستیں نہیں دی جاسکتیں، ہم کسی جرم میں ترمیم کرنے نہیں جارہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ قانون سازی آئین کی روح کے عین مطابق ہے یہ پارلیمنٹ کا اختیار ہے، ان کے 81 لوگوں نےحلف نامہ دیا کہ ان کا تعلق سنی اتحاد کونسل سے ہے پی ٹی آئی سے نہیں، آج یہ اپنے حلف ناموں سے مُکر رہے ہیں۔
اعظم نذیر تارڑ نے کہا کہ دو ججز کے اختلافی نوٹ میں تمام وجوہات درج ہیں، تحریک انصاف نے خود بھی یہ نشستیں سنی اتحاد کونسل کو دینے کا مطالبہ کیا تھا، اپوزیشن حقائق مسخ نہ کرے ہم قانون کو واضح کر رہے ہیں۔

Ali Muhammad Khan said that we have got the right to specific seats from the Supreme Court, how can we be deprived of our right, the Supreme Court said that PTI was and will remain a political party.
He said that he asked the Election Commission whether PTI is halal for 39 members and haram for 41 members. We reject this amendment bill, make the legislation but it should be in the interest of the country, we will go to court against this legislation.
In the meeting, Federal Law Minister Nazir Tarar said that this legislation is in accordance with the spirit of the constitution and not unconstitutional. Ali Muhammad Khan said that this legislation is meant to block our way. Belongs to the Sunni Unity Council.
Azam Nazir Tarar said that your lawyer said that they are asking for reserved seats for the Sunni Ittehad Council, the party which did not participate in the election cannot be given reserved seats, we are not going to amend any crime.
