President Zardari again got immunity

اسلام آباد:اسلام آباد کی احتساب عدالت نے توشہ خانہ گاڑیوں سے متعلق ریفرنس پر آصف زرداری کو صدارتی استثنیٰ دینے کی درخواستیں منظور کرنےکا حکم نامہ جاری کردیا۔اسلام آباد کی احتساب عدالت کے جج ناصرجاوید نے توشہ خانہ گاڑیوں سے متعلق ریفرنس پر آصف زرداری کو صدارتی استثنیٰ دینے کی درخواستیں منظور کرنے کا حکم نامہ جاری کیا۔احتساب عدالت کے فیصلے کے مطابق صدارتی استثنیٰ ملنے کے بعد صدر مملکت کے خلاف ریفرنسز پر کارروائی روک دی گئی ہے۔عدالتی حکم میں کہا گیا ہےکہ جب تک آصف زرداری صدر ہیں ان کے خلاف کیسز کی کارروائی آگے نہیں بڑھ سکتی، آصف زرداری کی جانب سے آرٹیکل 248 (2) کے تحت درخواست دائر کی گئی ہے اور درخواستوں میں مؤقف اختیارکیاگیا ہے آصف زرداری صدر ہیں، ان کے خلاف کرمنل کیسزکی کارروائی جاری نہیں رہ سکتی۔

Islamabad: The Accountability Court of Islamabad has issued an order to approve the requests for Presidential Immunity to Asif Zardari on the reference related to Tosha Khana vehicles. An order was issued to approve the requests for presidential immunity. According to the decision of the accountability court, after receiving the presidential immunity, the proceedings on the references against the President of the country have been stopped. The court order says that as long as Asif Zardari is the president, his Proceedings of the cases against Asif Zardari cannot proceed, an application has been filed on behalf of Asif Zardari under Article 248 (2) and the stand taken in the applications is that Asif Zardari is the President, the proceedings of criminal cases against him cannot continue.
