چیف جسٹس کا پروٹوکول لینے سے انکار،وفاقی اور صوبائی حکومت پر اظہار برہمی

کراچی:چیف جسٹس پاکستان قاضی فائز عیسیٰ نے وفاقی اور سندھ حکومت پر برہمی کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے استفسار کیا کہ بتائیں یہ جناح کورٹ کس قانون کے تحت رینجرز کو دیا ہے؟۔سپریم کورٹ کراچی رجسٹری میں کراچی سرکلر ریلوے منصوبے کے متاثرین کی درخواست کی سماعت کے دوران عدالت نے سندھ حکومت کو متاثرین کا معاملہ دیکھنے کی ہدایت کرتے ہوئے کہا سرکار جہاں انکروچمنٹ کرتی ہے وہاں زیادہ سزا ہونی چاہیے۔چیف جسٹس پاکستان نے ایڈووکیٹ جنرل سے پوچھا آپ دیکھتے نہیں کہاں سے آتے ہیں آپ؟ نیول، رینجرز ہیڈکوارٹرز،گورنر اور  وزیراعلیٰ ہاؤس نے فٹ پاتھوں پر بھی قبضہ کیا ہوا ہے۔ایڈیشنل اٹارنی جنرل نے کہا سکیورٹی کے ایشوز ہیں، بم حملے ہوئے ہیں، جس پر چیف جسٹس نے ریمارکس دیے جگہ خالی کر دیں، کہیں محفوظ جگہ چلے جائیں، پبلک پر حملے ہوتے رہیں اور آپ محفوظ رہیں، یہ کہاں کا قانون ہے؟۔جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ نے کہا میرے آنے سے پہلے سپریم کورٹ کے باہر بھی سڑک بند تھی میں نے کھول دی، بتائیں رینجرز ہیڈکوارٹر کہاں ہے اور فٹ پاتھ کہاں ہے؟ دنیا میں کہیں ہوتا ہے ایسا؟ جائیں امریکا اور دیکھ کر آئیں، اگر زیادہ ڈر لگتا ہے تو کہیں ریموٹ ایریا میں جاکر بیٹھ جائیں، سکیورٹی کے نام پر سڑکیں بند مت کریں۔چیف جسٹس نے کہا جگہ جگہ سڑکیں ٹوٹی ہوئی ہیں، میئر بھی آئے ہوئے تھے کہاں ہیں، بجلی کے کھمبے گراتے ہیں وہ پوری سڑک کھود کر چلے جاتے ہیں، کل لگاتے ہیں کیس، بتائیں تفصیل یہ جناح کورٹ کس قانون کے تحت رینجرز کو دیا ہے؟۔جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کا کہنا تھا میں نے تو منع کر دیا ہے کہ میرے لیے روٹ نا لگائیں، آئی جی کو کہا ہے اب روٹ لگائیں گے تو توہین عدالت کا نوٹس کریں گے، تھوڑی سی زندگی ہے، کیا اس کو بچاتے رہیں؟۔انہوں نے برہمی کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ کیا طریقہ ہے وی آئی پی بنے پھرتے رہیں، آپ کیوں نہیں ہٹاتے رینجرز ہیڈکوارٹرز کے سامنے سے تجاوزات؟ ہٹائیں یہ سب، چھوٹے لوگوں کے گھر توڑ دیئے، یہ بھی ہٹائیں، بعد میں انہیں بھی معاوضہ دے دیجیے گا، خطرہ ہے تو آپ لوگ کہیں اور چلے جائیں۔جسٹس جمال مندوخیل نے کہا ہمیں زیادہ خطرہ ہے، آپ دہشتگرد پکڑتے ہیں ہم سزائے موت دیتے ہیں۔چیف جسٹس نے ریمارکس دیے کہ گورنر ہاؤس کے اندر رکھ دیں کنٹینرز باہر کیوں رکھتے ہیں؟ پبلک کو پریشان کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔جسٹس جمال مندوخیل نے کہا ایسے کام کریں جس سے عوام کو پریشانی نہ ہو جبکہ چیف جسٹس نے کہا ہم کہتے ہیں سپریم کورٹ کے سامنے اگر انکروچمنٹ ہے تو وہ بھی توڑ دیں۔

Go, keep attacking the public and stay safe, where is this law? Justice Qazi Faiz Isa said that before I came, the road was closed even outside the Supreme Court. I opened it, tell me where the Rangers headquarters is and the footpath. where is? Does this happen anywhere in the world? Go to America and see, if you feel too scared, go and sit in a remote area, don’t close the roads in the name of security. They drop the poles, they dig up the entire road and leave, tomorrow they file a case, tell me the details under which law has Jinnah Court given this to the Rangers? Justice Qazi Faiz Isa said that I have forbidden that Do not root, the IG has been told, if you root now, you will be noticed for contempt of court, you have a little life, should you continue to save it? Wait, why don’t you remove the encroachment in front of the Rangers headquarters? Remove all these, they broke the houses of small people, remove this too, later they will also be compensated, if there is danger, you people should go somewhere else. Justice Jamal Mandukhel said that we are in more danger, you catch terrorists, we will punish them. Gives death. The Chief Justice remarked that why keep the containers outside the governor’s house? They want to disturb the public. Justice Jamal Mandukhel said to do things that do not disturb the public, while the Chief Justice said that if there is an encroachment in front of the Supreme Court, break it too.
