Order to demolish 15 mosques as illegal

بھارتی ریاست ہماچل پردیش میں ہندو انتہا پسندوں کی مسلمانوں کو مذہبی حقوق سے محروم کرنے کی کوششیں جاری ہیں، رواں سال حکومت نے 15 مساجد کو غیرقانونی قرار دے کر مسمار کرنے کا حکم دیا۔
شملہ میں حال ہی میں 5 مساجد کو عدالتی حکم پر مسمار کیا گیا جس سے مسلمانوں کے جذبات مجروح ہوئے، 2023 سے ہماچل پردیش میں مساجد کی مسماری کے واقعات میں اضافہ ہوا۔
گزشتہ ہفتے ہندوتوا غنڈوں نے کنداگھاٹ میں قدیم مسجد کو تجاوزات کی آڑ میں مسمار کیا جس سے وہاں کے مسلمان مسجد میں نماز پڑھنے سے محروم ہوگئے۔مقامی مسلمان رہنماؤں نے مساجد کی مسماری کے اقدام کو مودی سرکار کی اسلام مخالف پالیسی قرار دیا۔

In the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, the efforts of Hindu extremists to deprive Muslims of their religious rights are continuing. This year, the government ordered the demolition of 15 mosques as illegal.
Recently 5 mosques were demolished in Shimla on court orders which hurt the sentiments of Muslims, since 2023 the number of mosque demolitions in Himachal Pradesh has increased.
Last week, Hindutva goons demolished the ancient mosque in Kandaghat under the guise of encroachment, depriving Muslims there of offering prayers in the mosque.
Local Muslim leaders termed the move to demolish mosques as an anti-Islamic policy of the Modi government.
