مقرر ناظمہور میری کوب آباد میں پولس ورکرز کی اور پولس کے انتظامی امور میں غفلت کے بعد اپنے پیاروں سے الگ کیا گیا۔ جیک آباد میں شامل نہ ہونے اور انتظامات میں عمومی طور پر غور کرنے کے نتیجے میں بعض افراد نے ایک خاتون پولس ورکر کو گھر پر بچوں کو پولس کے قطرے پلانے کے بہانے ویران کی جگہ پر جا کر ریپ کر دیا۔ ندھ حکومت نے ڈپٹی کمشنر جیکب آباد کا اضافی چارج ڈپٹی کمشنر کشمور کندھ کوٹ امیر فضل اویسی کے سپرد کر دیا گیا۔ایس ایس پی جیکب آباد سمیر نور چنا کو بھی عہدے سے فارغ کردیا گیا،سمیر نور چنا کو سینٹرل پولیس آفس میں رپورٹ کرنے کا حکم دیدیا۔اسی طرح ایس ایس پی جیکب آباد کا اضافی چارج ایس ایس پی کشمور کندھ کوٹ بشیر بروہی کے سپرد کردیاگیا،انتظامات میں غفلت پر ڈی ایچ او جیکب آباد کو بھی عہدے سے ہٹا دیا گیا۔ افسران کو ہٹانے کے چار الگ الگ سے نوٹی فکیشن جاری کردیئے گئے۔ جیکب آباد میں خاتون پولیو ورکر کے گن پوائنٹ پت ریپ کے بعد جب متاثرہ خاتون شکایت لے کر تھانے پہنچی تو تھانے والوں نے انہیں میڈیکولیگل کے لئے ہسپتال بھیج دیا، وہاں پر ڈی سی ظہر مری بھی گئے لیکن انہوں نے مظلوم خاتون کو تحفظ دینے کی بجائے الٹا اس کے بیان پر ہی شبہ کھڑا کر دیا اور کہا کہ فی الحال یہ ریپ کی کوشش ہے، میڈیکل رپورٹ آنے کے بعد دیکھیں گے کہ یہ کیا ہے۔ ظہور مری نے وزیر اعلیٰ اور چیف سیکرٹری کے اس سنگین جرم کا فوری نوٹس لے چکنے کے باوجود مظلوم خاتون کو ذاتی تحفظ کے لئے سکیورٹی فراہم کرنے کی کوئی کوشش نہیں کی، بعد میں وزیر اعلیٰ نے خود حکم کر کے یہ سکیورٹی مہیا کروائی۔
