Pakistan wants peace, Europe should continue GSP Plus and stop Indian aggression: Bilawal

سابق وزیر خارجہ و چیئرمین پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی بلاول بھٹو زرداری نے کہا ہے کہ بھارت نے دہشت گردی کا بہانہ بنا کر پاکستان پر حملہ کیا، عالمی سطح پر سندھ طاس معاہدے، مسئلہ کشمیر اور دہشت گردی کا ایشو اٹھا رہے ہیں، پاکستان امن کا خواہاں، یورپ جی ایس پی پلس جاری رکھے اور بھارتی جارحیت روکے۔بلاول بھٹو کی قیادت میں پاکستانی وفد نے بیلجیئم کی وزارت خارجہ کے حکام سے ملاقات کی ہے۔
اس موقع پر میڈیا سے گفتگو میں بلاول بھٹو نے کہا ہے کہ یو این میں دہشت گردی سے متعلق کمیٹیوں کی ذمہ داری پاکستان کو دینا بڑی کامیابی ہے، پاکستان کو ٹیررستان کہنے والے بھارت کو یو این سے منہ توڑ جواب ملا۔
وفد کی بیلجیئم فارن افیئر کمیٹی کی وائس چیئر ودیگر سے اہم ملاقاتیں
بلاول بھٹو زرداری کی قیادت میں پاکستانی وفد نے بیلجیئم فارن افیئر کمیٹی کی وائس چیئر کیٹلین ڈیپورٹر اور چیئر آف پاکستان بیلجیئم پارلیمنٹری فرینڈشپ گروپ فرانکیم بیلجینڈ سمیت بیلجیئم کی سینیٹ اور ایوان نمائندگان کے ممبران سے بھی ملاقات کی۔
وفد نے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ پاکستان، خطے میں آگے بڑھنے، پائیدار قیام امن اور مسائل کے حل کیلئے جامع مذاکرات کا حامی ہے، پاکستان کا وفد یورپی پارلیمنٹ بھی گیا جہاں انٹرنیشنل ٹریڈ کمیٹی کے چیئر ممبر یورپی پارلیمنٹ برنڈ لانجے سے ملاقات کی۔وفد نے یورپی یونین پر زور دیا کہ وہ پاکستان کو جی ایس پی پلس کے تحت ترجیحی تجارت جاری رکھے تاکہ یورپی ممالک کو پاکستان کی ٹیکسٹائل برآمدات فروغ پائیں۔
وفد نے برنڈ لینج کو جنگی جنون میں مبتلا بھارت کی جانب سے پاکستانی شہریوں کیخلاف کارروائی سے بھی آگاہ کیا۔
بلاول بھٹو زرداری نے کہا کہ ہمیں توقع ہے کہ وہ بھارت پر اس ضمن میں زور دیں گے کہ وہ سندھ طاس معاہدے کو معطل کرنے جیسے ماورائے قانون اقدامات سے اجتناب کرے۔
وفد نے مزید کہا ہے کہ پاکستان امن کا خواہاں ہے اور کشمیر سمیت تمام مسائل کو مذاکرات کے ذریعے حل کرنے کا حامی ہے۔
پاکستانی وفد کی لوسی سیسٹاکووا اور نیٹیویڈاد لورینزو سے بھی ملاقات
پاکستانی پارلیمانی وفد نے یورپین کمیشن میں کمشنر برائے بین الاقوامی شراکت داری کی کابینہ سربراہ، لوسی سیسٹاکووا اور کیبنٹ ایکسپرٹ برائے ایشیا نیٹیویڈاد لورینزو سے بھی ملاقات کی۔
وفد نے انہیں بھارت کے جارحانہ منفی رویے اور یکطرفہ غیر قانونی اقدامات کے باعث خطے میں امن و سلامتی کو درپیش شدید خطرات سے آگاہ کیا۔
پاکستان وفد یورپ کے معروف تھنک ٹینک “ایگمونٹ ” بھی گیا جہاں انسٹیٹیوٹ کے ڈائریکٹر جنرل ایمبیسڈر پال ڈی وٹ سمیت اہم شخصیات کو بتایا گیا کہ جنگ بندی کے باوجود بھارت پانی کو ہتھیار کے طورپر استعمال کررہا ہے۔
بلاول بھٹو زرداری نے تھنک ٹینک کو قیام امن کے حوالے سے پاکستان کی ترجیحات سے بھی آگاہ کیا۔بلاول بھٹو نے کہا کہ امریکی فوج کے اعلیٰ حکام بھی دہشت گردی کے خلاف پاکستان کو غیر معمولی شراکت دار مانتے ہیں اور خود صدر ٹرمپ مسئلہ کشمیر حل کرنے کیلئے کردار ادا کرنےکو تیار ہیں، ایسے میں یورپی یونین کو بھی چاہیے کہ وہ مسئلہ کشمیر حل کرائے۔
مصدق ملک نے کہا کہ جو بھارت ہمیں دھمکی دے رہا ہے اس کا ایک تہائی پانی کہیں اور سے آتا ہے وہ سوچے کہ یہ روش چل پڑی تو بھارت کے ساتھ کیا ہو گا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ ہندوتوا کا بھوت پاکستان کو تو کیا نقصان پہنچائے گا بھارت سوچے کہ ان کے اپنے لوگوں کے ساتھ کیا ہو گا، اسی لیے یورپی یونین سے کہا ہے کہ وہ بھارت کو وائلڈ ویسٹ کی سوچ سے باز رکھے۔
دورے کے بعد میڈیا سے گفتگو میں امریکا میں پاکستان کے سابق سفیر جلیل عباس جیلانی نے توقع ظاہر کی کہ یورپی یونین جی ایس پلس کو جاری رکھنے میں اہم کردار ادا کرے گا۔

A Pakistani delegation led by Bilawal Bhutto has met with officials of the Belgian Foreign Ministry.
Speaking to the media on this occasion, Bilawal Bhutto has said that giving the responsibility of the committees related to terrorism in the UN to Pakistan is a great success, India, which called Pakistan a terrorist, got a befitting reply from the UN.
The delegation held important meetings with the Vice Chair of the Belgian Foreign Affairs Committee and others
The Pakistani delegation led by Bilawal Bhutto Zardari also met with members of the Belgian Senate and House of Representatives, including Vice Chair of the Belgian Foreign Affairs Committee, Caitlin Deporter and Chair of the Pakistan-Belgium Parliamentary Friendship Group, Franck Belgium.
The delegation emphasized that Pakistan supports comprehensive negotiations for progress in the region, sustainable peace and resolution of issues. The Pakistani delegation also visited the European Parliament where it met with Bernd Lange, Chairman of the International Trade Committee. The delegation urged the European Union to continue preferential trade to Pakistan under the GSP Plus so that Pakistan’s textile exports to European countries can increase.
The delegation also informed Bernd Lange about the actions taken by war-mongering India against Pakistani citizens.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that we expect him to urge India to refrain from taking extra-legal steps like suspending the Indus Waters Treaty.
The delegation further said that Pakistan desires peace and is in favor of resolving all issues, including Kashmir, through negotiations.
Pakistani delegation also met with Lucie Sestakova and Natividad Lorenzo
The Pakistani parliamentary delegation also met with Lucie Sestakova, Head of Cabinet for International Cooperation at the European Commission, and Natividad Lorenzo, Cabinet Expert for Asia.
The delegation apprised them of the serious threats to peace and security in the region due to India’s aggressive negative behavior and unilateral illegal actions.
The Pakistani delegation also visited the renowned European think tank “Egmont” where important figures including the Institute’s Director General Ambassador Paul de Wit were informed that despite the ceasefire, India is using water as a weapon.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari also apprised the think tank of Pakistan’s priorities regarding peace-building. Bilawal Bhutto said that senior US military officials also consider Pakistan an exceptional partner against terrorism and President Trump himself is ready to play a role in resolving the Kashmir issue, in such a situation, the European Union should also resolve the Kashmir issue.
Musaddiq Malik said that one-third of the water that India is threatening us with comes from somewhere else. Let us think about what will happen to India if this trend continues.
He said that the ghost of Hindutva will harm Pakistan. Let India think about what will happen to its own people. That is why he has asked the European Union to stop India from thinking like the Wild West.
Speaking to the media after the visit, former Pakistani Ambassador to the US Jalil Abbas Jilani expressed his expectation that the European Union will play an important role in continuing GS Plus.
