Omani Ambassador meets Mohsin Naqvi, agrees to increase security cooperation

وفاقی وزیر داخلہ محسن نقوی سے سلطنت عمان کے سفیر فہد سلیمان خلف الخروسی نے ملاقات کی۔
ملاقات کے دوران باہمی دلچسپی کے امور اور دوطرفہ تعلقات پر تبادلہ خیال کیا گیا، پاکستان اور عمان کے درمیان تعلقات کو مزید وسعت دینے کے عزم کا بھی اعادہ کیا گیا، اس موقع پر سکیورٹی تعاون بڑھانے پر بھی اتفاق ہوا۔
دوران ملاقات وفاقی وزیر داخلہ محسن نقوی کا کہنا تھا کہ پاکستان عمان کے ساتھ برادرانہ تعلقات کو انتہائی اہمیت دیتا ہے، پاکستان اور عمان کے درمیان برادرانہ تاریخی تعلقات مشترکہ عقیدے اور ثقافت پر مبنی ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ 3 لاکھ سے زائد پاکستانی عمان میں مقیم ہیں اور عمان کی تعمیر و ترقی میں بھر پور کردار ادا کر رہے ہیں، کوشش ہے کہ زیادہ سے زیادہ ہنرمند افراد کو عمان بھیجا جائے۔
عمانی سفیر نے عمان کی تعمیر و ترقی میں پاکستانی کمیونٹی کے کردار کو سراہتے ہوئے کہا کہ دونوں ممالک کے برادرانہ تعلقات کئی دہائیوں پر محیط ہیں۔

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi met with Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman Fahad Sulaiman Khalaf Al-Kharousi.
During the meeting, matters of mutual interest and bilateral relations were discussed, the commitment to further expand relations between Pakistan and Oman was also reiterated, and it was also agreed to increase security cooperation on this occasion.
During the meeting, Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said that Pakistan attaches great importance to brotherly relations with Oman, and the brotherly historical relations between Pakistan and Oman are based on common faith and culture.
He said that more than 300,000 Pakistanis are living in Oman and are playing a full role in the construction and development of Oman. Efforts are being made to send as many skilled people as possible to Oman.
The Omani ambassador appreciated the role of the Pakistani community in the construction and development of Oman and said that the brotherly relations between the two countries span several decades.
