خاتون نے عدالت سے استدعا کرتےہوئے کہا کہ شوہر اس سے زیادہ اپنے بلی کی دیکھ بھال کرتا ہے اور جب وہ اس سے اس کے رویہ کے بارے میں شکایت کرتی ہے تو لڑائی جھگڑا اور طعنے دیتا ہے، بیوی نے یہ بھی شکایت کی کہ بلی اس پر کئی بار حملہ کرچکی ہے اور نوچتی ہے لیکن شوہر اس کی شکایت پر توجہ نہیں دیتا ۔
