Lahore: Notification of appointment of 73 officers as Special Magistrate issued

حکومتِ پنجاب نے لاہور میں 73 آفیسرز کو اسپیشل مجسٹریٹ تعینات کر دیا۔
ڈپٹی کمشنر لاہور کی درخواست پر اس حوالے سے محکمۂ داخلہ پنجاب نے نوٹیفکیشن بھی جاری کر دیا ہے۔
نوٹیفیکیشن کے مطابق اسپیشل مجسٹریٹس کو قیمتوں سے متعلق خلاف ورزیوں پر ٹرائل کا اختیار دیا گیا ہے۔
محکمۂ لوکل گورنمنٹ کے 10 اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر، لائیو اسٹاک کے 10 ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹرز، 30 ویٹرنری آفیسرز، 5 اسسٹنٹ میٹرو پولیٹن آفیسرز اور 18 زونل آفیسرز کو اسپیشل مجسٹریٹ تعینات کیا گیا ہے۔
ترجمان محکمۂ داخلہ پنجاب کے مطابق تمام آفیسرز کو مختص کردہ علاقوں میں اختیارات تفویض کیے جائیں گے۔

Punjab Government appointed 73 officers as Special Magistrates in Lahore.
On the request of Deputy Commissioner Lahore, Punjab Home Department has also issued a notification in this regard.
According to the notification, Special Magistrates have been empowered to try price violations.
10 Assistant Directors of Local Government Department, 10 Deputy Directors of Livestock, 30 Veterinary Officers, 5 Assistant Metropolitan Officers and 18 Zonal Officers have been appointed as Special Magistrates.
According to the spokesman of Punjab Home Department, all the officers will be assigned powers in the allocated areas.
