Ratan Tata died at the age of 86

بھارت کے معروف صنعت کار رتن ٹاٹا 86 برس کی عمر میں چل بسے۔ بھارتی میڈیا رپورٹ کے مطابق ٹاٹا سنز کے چیئرمین ایمیریٹس رتن ٹاٹا بدھ کے روز ممبئی کے ایک اسپتال میں چل بسے، جہاں وہ کچھ عرصے سے انتہائی نگہداشت کے شعبے میں داخل تھے۔
رتن ٹاٹا کی میراث صرف کاروبار تک محدود نہیں بلکہ ان کی فلاحی خدمات بھی تھیں۔ رتن ٹاٹا 1991 میں ٹاٹا سنز کے چیئرمین بنے اور 2012 تک اس عہدے پر فائز رہے۔ ان کی قیادت میں ٹاٹا گروپ نے عالمی سطح پر ترقی کی۔ انہی کی زیر قیادت ٹاٹا موٹرز نے ایک ایسی گاڑی متعارف کروائی جسے دنیا کی سستی ترین گاڑی کہا گیا۔
2012 میں انہوں نے چیئرمین کے عہدے سے ریٹائرمنٹ لے لی تھی، لیکن بعد میں انہیں ٹاٹا سنز اور دیگر گروپ کمپنیوں کا چیئرمین ایمیریٹس نامزد کیا گیا، جن میں ٹاٹا موٹرز اور ٹاٹا اسٹیل شامل ہیں۔ بھارتی وزیراعظم نریندر مودی نے رتن ٹاٹا کی موت پر افسوس کا اظہار کیا ہے۔
سماجی رابطے کے پلیٹ فارم ایکس پر اپنے بیان میں بھارتی وزیر اعظم نے کہا کہ رتن ٹاٹا نے بھارت کے سب سے پرانے اور معروف کاروباری اداروں میں سے ایک کو مستحکم قیادت فراہم کی۔

India’s leading industrialist Ratan Tata passed away at the age of 86. According to Indian media reports, Tata Sons chairman emeritus Ratan Tata died on Wednesday in a hospital in Mumbai, where he had been admitted to the intensive care unit for some time.
Ratan Tata’s legacy was not limited to business but also his philanthropic work. Ratan Tata became the Chairman of Tata Sons in 1991 and held the position till 2012. Under his leadership, the Tata Group grew globally. Under his leadership, Tata Motors introduced a car that was called the cheapest car in the world.
He retired as chairman in 2012, but was later named chairman emeritus of Tata Sons and other group companies, including Tata Motors and Tata Steel. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed grief over the death of Ratan Tata.
In his statement on social media platform X, the Prime Minister of India said that Ratan Tata has provided stable leadership to one of India’s oldest and best-known business enterprises.
