Thailand: Bus carrying government officials falls off mountain, 18 killed

تھائی لینڈ کے صوبے پپراچن پوری میں سرکاری افسران کی بس پہاڑی سے نیچے گر گئی۔
غیر ملکی میڈیا کے مطابق بس حادثہ بریک فیل ہونے کے باعث پیش آیا جس کے نتیجے میں 18افراد ہلاک ہو گئے۔
میڈیا رپورٹس کے مطابق ڈبل ڈیکر بس مقامی حکومت کے افسران کو فیلڈ ٹرپ پر لے کر گئی تھی۔حادثے کا شکار ہونے والی بس میں 49 افراد سوار تھے، زخمیوں کو 2 مختلف اسپتالوں میں منتقل کر دیا گیا ہے۔
عالمی ادارۂ صحت کے مطابق سڑک پر پیش آنے والے حادثات میں تھائی لینڈ کا ریکارڈ بدترین ہے جہاں ہر سال تقریباً 20 ہزار افراد ہلاک ہو جاتے ہیں۔

According to media reports, the double-decker bus was taking local government officials on a field trip. There were 49 people on the bus that was involved in the accident, and the injured have been transferred to two different hospitals.
According to the World Health Organization, Thailand has the worst record in road accidents, where about 20,000 people die every year.
