Tehreek-e-Insaf was given conditional permission to hold a rally near Kahana on Kasur Roa

ضلعی انتظامیہ کی جانب سے تحریک انصاف کو قصور روڈ پر کاہنہ کے قریب جلسہ کی مشروط اجازت دے دی گئی۔
اس حوالے سے پنجاب حکومت نے پی ٹی آئی کے جلسے کیلئے شرائط عائد کی ہیں کہ علی امین گنڈا پور اپنے بیانات پر معافی مانگیں، علی امین گنڈا پور کے معافی نہ مانگنے پر این او سی منسوخ کیا جاسکتا ہے جبکہ ضلعی انتظامیہ کی جانب سے پی ٹی آئی کو جلسہ کیلئے دوپہر 3 بجے سے 6 بجے تک کا وقت دیا گیا ہے۔
پنجاب حکومت کا اپنی شرائط میں مزید کہنا تھا کہ جلسے میں کسی ادارے، کسی اعلیٰ شخصیات کے خلاف بیان بازی کی اجازت نہیں ہوگی، پی ٹی آئی کی جانب سے یقین دہانی نہ کروانے پر اجازت منسوخ کر دی جائے گی، پنجاب حکومت نے پی ٹی آئی کی قیادت کو آگاہ کر دیا۔
دوسری جانب ضلعی انتظامیہ کے ترجمان کا کہنا ہے کہ پاکستان تحریک انصاف کی قیادت کے ساتھ لاہور میں جلسہ عام کے حوالے سے ایس او پیز طے ہونے کے بعد اجازت دینے کا فیصلہ ہوا ہے، جلسے کا باقاعدہ نوٹیفکیشن جاری کردیا گیا۔
اپوزیشن لیر پنجاب اسمبلی ملک احمد خان بھچر نے اس موقع پر میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ آئینی اور جمہوری طریقے سے پر امن جلسہ کریں گے، ہم نے قانون کی جنگ لڑی، اللہ نے کامیابی دی۔
واضح رہے پاکستان تحریک انصاف نے آج لاہور ہائیکورٹ میں مینار پاکستان پر جلسہ کی اجازت کیلئے درخواست دائر کی تھی ، جس پر عدالت نے ڈپٹی کمشنر لاہور کو درخواست پر فیصلہ کرنے کا حکم جاری کیا تھا۔
