Barrister Gauhar ruled out the possibility of postponing the protest

پاکستان تحریک انصاف (پی ٹی آئی) کے چیئرمین بیرسٹر گوہر نے احتجاج مؤخر کرنے کا امکان مسترد کردیا۔ بیرسٹر گوہر نے کہا کہ خان صاحب باس ہیں، ان کی کال فائنل کال ہے، کال صرف بانی پی ٹی آئی ہی واپس لے سکتے ہیں۔
بیرسٹر گوہر نے کہا کہ پی ٹی آئی کے حکومت سے مذاکرات نہیں ہورہے، صرف ابتدائی رابطہ ہوا تھا، کسی نے بانی پی ٹی آئی کی رہائی کی یقین دہانی نہیں کروائی تھی۔
پی ٹی آئی چیئرمین نے کہا کہ وزیر داخلہ محسن نقوی سے دو بار نہیں ایک بار رابطہ ہوا ہے، وزیر داخلہ سے شام 6 بجے تک حتمی جواب دینے کی بات نہیں کی ، محسن نقوی نے احتجاج موخر کرنے سے متعلق بات نہیں کی، وزیرداخلہ نے ایسی کوئی بات نہیں کی کہ احتجاج موخر کریں تو بات آگے بڑھے ۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کے آرڈر میں ہمیں سنا ہی نہیں گیا، اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کا یہ فائنل آرڈر نہیں۔ بیرسٹر گوہر نے کہا کہ سیاسی کمیٹی میں احتجاج موخر کرنے سے متعلق کوئی بات نہیں ہوئی، ہم نے ہر قدم بانی پی ٹی آئی کی ہدایات کے مطابق لیا۔
پی ٹی آئی چیئرمین نے مزید کہا کہ بانی پی ٹی آئی تمام کیسز میں ضمانت پر ہیں، ہماری کسی کے ساتھ کوئی ڈیل نہیں، بانی پی ٹی آئی رہا ہو جاتے ہیں مذاکرات تو پھر بھی آگے چلنے ہیں، ابھی تک ہماری بات چیت اس سطح پر نہیں کہ اس میں رہائی کا کوئی مطالبہ ہو۔
بیرسٹر گوہر نے کہا کہ افسوس کی بات ہے پاکستان کے 8 موٹر ویز بند کیے گئے، ٹرانسپورٹ بند، ہاسٹلز خالی کروا لیے گئے، اگر ہم نے احتجاج سے یہ سب کچھ حاصل کرنا تھا تو یہ حکومت نے کردیا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ لوگوں کا حق ہے کہ پرامن طریقے سے آئیں اور اپنا احتجاج کریں، ہم سے زیادہ لانگ مارچ تو پی ٹی آئی دور میں انھوں نے کیے، صرف ایک جماعت کو نشانہ بنایا جارہا ہے کب تک نشانہ بنائیں گے۔
پی ٹی آئی چیئرمین نے یہ بھی کہا کہ بشریٰ بی بی کا نہ توشہ خانہ سے کوئی تعلق ہے نہ پیسے لیے، بشریٰ بی بی کو تکلیف دینا کہ شاید اس سے بانی پی ٹی آئی ٹوٹ جائیں، بشریٰ بی بی کا بیان روز روشن کی طرح عیاں ہے، سعودیہ کا نام نہیں لیا، کیا بشریٰ بی بی نے اپنے بیان میں سعودی عرب کا نام لیا؟ حکومت بشریٰ بی بی کا بیان توڑ مروڑ کر پیش کر رہی ہے۔
بیرسٹر گوہر نے کہا کہ بشریٰ بی بی گرفتاری دینے خود اڈیالا جیل گئیں تو اس کو متنازع بنا دیا گیا، بشریٰ بی بی اس احتجاج میں شرکت نہیں کریں گی، ان کی صحت بھی ٹھیک نہیں۔

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Gauhar rejected the possibility of postponing the protest. Barrister Gohar said that Khan sahib is the boss, his call is final call, only founder PTI can withdraw the call.
Barrister Gauhar said that PTI was not negotiating with the government, only initial contact had been made, no one had assured the release of PTI founder.
PTI Chairman said that interior minister Mohsin Naqvi was contacted not twice but once, he did not talk to the interior minister to give a final answer till 6 pm, Mohsin Naqvi did not talk about postponing the protest. He did not say anything that if the protest is postponed, then the matter will go ahead.
He said that we were not heard in the order of the Islamabad High Court, this is not the final order of the Islamabad High Court. Barrister Gauhar said that there was no discussion in the political committee about postponing the protest, we took every step as per the instructions of the founding PTI.
PTI Chairman further said that founder PTI is on bail in all cases, we have no deal with anyone, if founder PTI is released, the negotiations will continue, so far our talks are at this level. But not that there is any demand for release.
Barrister Gohar said that it is a pity that 8 motorways of Pakistan were closed, transport was stopped, hostels were evacuated, if we wanted to achieve all this through protest, it was done by the government.
He said that people have the right to come and protest in a peaceful manner, they did a longer march than us during the PTI era, only one party is being targeted, how long will they be targeted.
PTI Chairman also said that Bushra Bibi has no connection with Tosha Khana and did not take money, to hurt Bushra Bibi may break the founder of PTI. Obviously, the name of Saudia was not mentioned. Did Bushra Bibi mention the name of Saudi Arabia in her statement? The government is distorting the statement of Bushra Bibi.
Barrister Gohar said that when Bushra Bibi went to Adiala Jail herself to arrest, it was made controversial, Bushra Bibi will not participate in this protest, her health is also not good.
