Second phase of Afghan refugee repatriation plan begins
افغان مہاجرین کو واپس افغانستان بھجوانے کے منصوبے کے دوسرے مرحلے کا آغاز کردیا گیا۔
وزارت داخلہ کی دستاویز کے مطابق دوسرے مرحلے میں افغان سٹیزن کارڈ رکھنے والوں کو واپس بھجوایا جائے گا، پاکستان میں تقریباً 8 لاکھ افراد اے سی سی کارڈ پر ہیں، قانونی طور پر مقیم افغان شہریوں کو بھی اسلام آباد راولپنڈی سے نکالنے کی تیاریاں مکمل کر لی گئیں۔
اسی طرح وزارت داخلہ نے وزیراعظم کی زیرصدارت اجلاس کے فیصلوں پر عمل درآمد شروع کردیا، افغان شہریوں کی وفاقی دارالحکومت اورراولپنڈی سے منتقلی کیلئے 31مارچ کی ڈیڈ لائن دی گئی ہے، افغان سٹیزن کارڈ رکھنے والوں کو 31 مارچ تک دوسرے شہروں اور اس کے بعد افغانستان منتقل کیا جائے گا۔
دستاویز میں بتایا گیا کہ تیسرے ملک جانے کے خواہشمند افغانیوں کے قیام کی اجازت میں 30جون تک کی توسیع کی جائے گی جبکہ کسی اور ملک کے ویزے کے منتظر افغان شہری بھی اسلام آباد میں نہیں رہ سکتے۔
خیال رہے دستاویز میں لکھا گیا ہے کہ خفیہ اداروں کی عملدرآمد رپورٹ وزارت داخلہ ہر 15 روز بعد وزراعظم آفس کو بھیجے گی، اگر ستمبر تک کسی اور ملک نے ویزے نہ دیئے تو افغان باشندے غیرقانونی تصور ہوں گے۔
The second phase of the plan to send Afghan refugees back to Afghanistan has been launched.
According to the Interior Ministry document, in the second phase, Afghan citizen card holders will be sent back. About 800,000 people are on ACC cards in Pakistan. Preparations have also been completed to evacuate legally residing Afghan citizens from Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
Similarly, the Interior Ministry has started implementing the decisions of the meeting chaired by the Prime Minister. A deadline of March 31 has been given for the transfer of Afghan citizens from the federal capital and Rawalpindi. Afghan citizen card holders will be transferred to other cities by March 31 and then to Afghanistan.
The document stated that the residence permit of Afghans wishing to go to a third country will be extended until June 30, while Afghan citizens awaiting a visa from another country cannot stay in Islamabad.
It should be noted that the document states that the Ministry of Interior will send the implementation report of the intelligence agencies to the Prime Minister’s Office every 15 days. If no other country grants visas by September, Afghan residents will be considered illegal.
